Open your sources
Section titled “Open your sources”Use File | Open… and select the root folder of your design or testbench. SystemVerilog Studio works on the files in the project; no build or simulator configuration is needed for navigation and refactoring.

Indexing
Section titled “Indexing”When a project is opened for the first time, the IDE indexes it (progress is shown in the status bar). Go to Declaration, Find Usages and Rename work across files once indexing has finished.
Keyboard shortcuts in this guide
Section titled “Keyboard shortcuts in this guide”Shortcuts are given for the default macOS keymap and the default Windows/Linux keymap. If you use another keymap (for example GNOME or KDE on Linux), some shortcuts differ; the menu paths are the same everywhere.
